Dr Shahab, graduated from the University of Leeds  in 2015 and has a wealth of experience in the field of Aesthetics Medicine.

 

Dr Shahab is our Lead General Dentist at Ampthill Town Dental Clinic and leads the expert team of Practitioners. Dr Shahab has undertaken many hours of training and experience needed to deliver the safest possible results. Shahab joined the Ampthill Town Dental team as our Associate Lead Dentist and enjoys meeting new patients in the local area and building the reputation of the practice within the heart of the Ampthill & Bedfordshire community.

An experienced Dentist for over 11years, Dr. Salaman Iqbal holds degrees from world renowned Kings College London and University of Central Lancashire. He is a well known local dentist and owns a portfolio of three clinics in  Bedfordshire.

 

Dr Salaman’s experience and commitment to Dentistry and his patients is admirable.
His vision is to build a private state of the art practice with a team who provide a premium service, accessible for all. For Dr. Salaman, the aspiration to become the dental practice of choice for the community has now come to life as he opens his second private clinic to grow & support his team within the field of Dentistry.

Dr Janayd Shan is our Associate Dentist and is also practices at our Silsoe Clinic.​ Dr Janayd has a MDDr from the Charles University of Prague since 2018 as well as a Certificate in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the Faculty of Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of England.

He has a variety of skills and can tackle all aspects of dentistry. His main interest is Advanced Restorative Dentistry such as tooth wear cases, crowns and bridges, porcelain veneers and smile make overs. Dr Janayd, also regularly works on Composite bonding and is no stranger to orthodontic treatment, he has also been trained in Invisalign and has many successful cases.

Dr. Harriet Shah is our specialist orthodontist, with qualifications from King's College London in 2012. After obtaining joint faculty membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of England, her specialist orthodontic training was completed at the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute and Kettering General Hospital. Harriet was awarded her Masters in Clinical Dentistry in 2019.

 

She is a registered Specialist Orthodontist, providing a range of treatments and is trained to place mini-implants and is a specialist Invisalign provider and is currently working between practices in, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Chelsea.

Hema is a qualified Dental Hygienist, graduating from King’s College Hospital, London, in 2012. With over 20 years in dentistry, including experience as a dental assistant, she offers a caring, tailored approach to every patient. Hema understands individual needs, creating a comfortable environment for both adults and children, and is dedicated to addressing dental fears with patience and reassurance.

 

She works collaboratively with patients to promote healthy, confident smiles and sustainable dental health. Hema provides professional cleanings, treatment planning, and home care strategies to maintain optimal oral hygiene between visits.

Raj, as he likes to be called, graduated from the Royal London Hospital in 2001 and has completed a Masters degree in Endodontic Practice at Queens Mary University of London and has joined the  team as DWSI Endodontist.

He has developed a great passion for endodontic treatment and is an active member of the British Endodontic Society and is working on publishing his research in scientific journals.

​

Dr Raj also dedicates part of his time to training young dentists in general practice and is available to see patients from both our clinic with pre-booked appointments at his special monthly clinic with us.

​

Anna qualified in 2020 and is eager and enthusiastic to learn new things as she enhances her career with us. Anna enjoys learning about Dentistry and patient care with our expert team. 

​

Anna loves supporting patients of all ages, making their visit as relaxed and enjoyable as possible while working with our experienced Dentists. Anna's role has recently grown and she currently also manages our practices in Silsoe and Biggleswade High Street.

Elena is our Head dental nurse with experience in specialist Endodontics, implants and compliance. She has been nursing for over 5 years and moved to Ampthill from London with with her young family.

Elena enjoys helping patients of all ages, and is looking forward to meeting and supporting members of our community and has recently been promoted.

​

Tina  has been a Dental Nurse for the past 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as one of our most senior Nurses.

 

She is organised and time efficient and keen to learn new things as she enhances already impressive career with us. Tina loves meeting new patients and is proud to be able to demonstrate her caring and compassionate side at work everyday.

Natasha is our newest Trainee Dental Nurse and is enthusiastic about developing her skills and knowledge as she trains alongside our experienced Nurses and Practitioners.

​

She is eager to build a rewarding career in dental nursing and is particularly passionate about supporting anxious patients. Natasha thrives on meeting new people and is committed to using her warm, compassionate nature to help patients feel more at ease during their visits

Deryn joined our team in 2022 when we opened Ampthill Town Dental.

 

Deryn enjoys welcoming our new patients and putting some of our most nervous patients at ease before their treatment. She supports our clinical team with her expert diary management skills and always endeavours to help patients with their questions, appointment and billing requests.
